Do unused hours roll over?
No. Hours are allocated monthly and reset at the start of each billing cycle. Plan accordingly — if you're consistently running out, upgrade to the next tier.
How do I cancel?
Email us or tell us in person before your next billing date. No fees, no runaround. You'll keep access through the end of the month you paid for.
What does the Silver access restriction mean?
Silver members can use the facility on weekdays before 4pm only. Evenings and weekends are not included. If you need flexibility, Gold or Platinum both include 24/7 access at 8+ hours per month.
Can I bring guests on any plan?
Yes — all plans include guest passes. Your guest's time counts against your monthly hours. Number of passes varies by tier; contact us for specifics.
